Join our dedicated care team at Kern River Transitional Care Center!
We are currently hiring compassionate and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. Our mission is to promote healing, wellness, and dignity through skilled and personalized care.
What You'll Do:
  • Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide the best care and support
  • Observe and document symptoms, reporting changes to physicians promptly
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
  • Perform essential nursing procedures (e.g., vitals, injections, wound care)
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Maintain hygiene and safety protocols across the facility
  • Provide emergency response and support during critical situations
  • Train and supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed
  • Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and families
