Product Managementis responsible fordriving the overall user experience, feature strategies and concepts, and engagement paradigms for Disney Entertainment & ESPN's global portfolio of consumer-facing streaming and digital products - including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, ABC, ABC News, Nat Geo, Marvel, and Star Wars.

Responsibilities:

  • Define clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across Disney, including marketing, operations, localization, design, engineering, and other product teams.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and timelines effectively to all relevant parties.
  • Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver.
  • Translate Marketing use cases and messages into technical data requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management or relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • Deep understanding of messaging platforms, customer data platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar software
  • Proficiency in SQL and HTML
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $148,700 - $199,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
