American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier, high-end powersports and light electric vehicle service facility in the SW Washington / Clark–Cowlitz County border area to hire a dedicated Powersports & E-Bike Mechanic. In this unique, collaborative 2-person shop environment working directly alongside the master owner/operator, you will diagnose, service, rebuild, and upgrade dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and high-performance e-bikes. Description for Powersports & E-Bike Mechanic:


  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, overhaul, and repair dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs/side-by-sides, and modern electric bikes (e-bikes).
  • Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical diagnostics on gas engines, drivetrains, fuel systems, wiring harnesses, lithium battery systems, controllers, and charging circuits.
  • Execute routine preventative maintenance: oil changes, brake rebuilds, tire mounts/balancing, chain/sprocket replacements, and multi-point safety inspections.
  • Rebuild engines, transmissions, clutches, suspension systems, and steering assemblies using precision tools and factory service manuals.
  • Install aftermarket performance components, accessories, custom suspension, and client-requested upgrades.
  • Conduct thorough post-repair inspections and test rides to verify performance, tuning, and rider safety.
  • Maintain meticulous digital and written service logs, parts tracking, and work order documentation.
  • Maintain an immaculate, showroom-quality workspace: clean, sanitize, and reorganize the lift, tools, and workstation between every single build.
