Senior Digital Analytics Specialist


WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a well-qualified Senior Digital Analytics Specialist to own digital measurement, tag governance, data quality, and analytics implementation across ecommerce and digital marketing channels. This role serves as the subject matter expert for digital data collection and ensures stakeholders can trust and act on performance data.

Essential Functions

  • Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Server-Side GTM implementation.
  • Develop and maintain measurement plans across web, media, CRM, marketplaces, and ecommerce.
  • Audit and validate tracking implementations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, Merchandising, and Development teams.
  • Support experimentation measurement and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Define KPIs and event tracking requirements for new initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and attribution challenges.
  • Maintain analytics documentation and governance standards.
  • Support dashboard requirements and business questions through accurate data collection.
  • Monitor platform changes impacting measurement and privacy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of digital analytics experience.
  • Advanced experience with GA4, GTM, and data layer concepts.
  • Familiarity with server-side tagging and privacy frameworks.
  • Experience supporting ecommerce organizations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
