Backed by a strong vision statement and a top-notch team, Clear Lakes Dental stands out as one of the fastest-growing dental clinics.


Jobs Description: Dental therapists provide care directly to patients so they should have good customer service and communication skills in order to interact effectively with their patients. Communication skills are vital since these therapists need to collaborate and exchange information with dentists and other dental professionals. Strong decision-making skills are also important as the Dental Therapist are a representative of the company.


Roles and Responsibilities: Promoting general dental health, carrying out routine treatments that has been prescribed by a registered dentist. These treatments could include simple fillings, applying fluoride, and taking x-rays.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree from an accredited University in Dental Therapy.

Must have a current Minnesota License granted by the Board of Dentistry.

Ability to fulfill the requirements of travel between facilities.

Knowledge of dental disease processes.
