Job description

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-known dental practice in Albuquerque to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full-time position paying $23-30/hour plus benefits.

MONDAY - THURSDAY: 8am - 5pm

FRIDAYS: 8am-1pm

Duties:

  • Update and maintain client's dental records
  • Chart in Eaglesoft
  • Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
  • Take and process X-rays of patients
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Radiology certificate
  • Previous dental assisting experience, preferred
  • Willingness to learn and an upbeat, positive personality
