What You'll Do & Learn:

  • Specialty Cutting & Coring: Train on the setup and operation of flat slab saws, wall saws, core drills, and diamond wire sawing systems.
  • Subsurface Scanning & Locating: Learn non-destructive Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) imaging and electromagnetic line locating to identify rebar, post-tension cables, conduits, and underground utilities.
  • Structural Augmentation & Modification: Assist in structural strengthening, carbon fiber installations (FRP), epoxy anchoring, precision stitching, and structural load modifications.
  • Concrete Construction & Placement: Support specialized structural forming, placing, patching, and finishing across commercial and industrial job sites.
  • Field Logistics & Site Care: Master jobsite prep, slurry containment/vacuum systems, water control, rig loading, tool maintenance, and OSHA-compliant safety enforcement.
Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Work Ethic & Mindset: Mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine eagerness to master multiple technical trades.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift and maneuver 75–100+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varied weather conditions.
  • Aptitude for Learning: Comfort with tape-measure precision, spatial awareness, and basic math (we provide complete field-measurement training).
