In 1978, the original company was created – then “Junction Hardware”. The store evolved and grew from there, rebranding to Scott's Hill Hardware and Supply company in 1997. The store continued to move with its owners until, in 2005, we moved into a new 10,000 square foot building. As the story continues throughout the years, our customer service and satisfaction has always been #1. With timely delivery of materials, knowledgeable customer service, and competitive pricing we service all our customer’s residential, commercial, and Industrial needs through a traditional Mom amp; Pop hardware store!
Scott’s Hill Hardware, a member of the Hahn Group, is looking for a full-time delivery driver and sales associate for their Raleigh location. We are seeking a dependable person with a clean driving record. This individual should uphold strong customer service skills, be able to spend long periods of time on their feet, and lift 50lb plus.
Competitive Hourly Rate, Full Medical Benefits, 401K Match, and PTO Package
Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Receiving, shipping, putting up stock, and pulling orders
  • Delivering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Making inner-store product transfers along with outside customer job site deliveries
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Able to follow instructions accurately
