Travel is paid time and mileage is reimbursed at $.725/mile.What You'll DoDrive Regional Growth: Plan and execute targeted recruitment strategies across your assigned counties, lead interactive informational meetings, and convert prospective families into active members.Cultivate Community Partnerships: Build and sustain strong relationships with local school districts, civic organizations, and community leaders to expand program reach.Support & Retain Volunteers: Deliver top-tier customer service, coaching, and conflict-resolution support to troop leaders and service unit volunteers to ensure high retention.Represent the Movement: Plan, schedule, and host individual interactive recruitment events across assigned region, participate in council events and assist other GSK depts (including season product program support).Data & Logistics: Work from your home office or Utica location to track recruitment metrics, follow up with leads promptly in CRM systems, and manage regional administrative duties. Expect at least half of your time being spent in the local communities.What We Are Looking ForExperience: Background in sales, fundraising, community outreach, account management, or customer success. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.Communication Skills: Articulate, assertive, and comfortable presenting to audiences of all sizes, from school administrators and caregivers to young girls.Self-Direction & Remote Capability: Highly organized self-starter equipped to work effectively from a home office, while managing a flexible, variable schedule (including required evenings and weekends for local events).Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Passion for working with diverse populations and commitment to fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment.Technical Proficiency: Fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning enterprise platforms (CRM/database tools).Mobility & Regional Base: Reside in or near the Daviess County with ability to travel across multiple assigned counties.
