We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable BI Solutions using Tableau, AWS data services to support our data-driven decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, integrity, and performance for analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence applications in an Agile environment.
Technical Skills:
• BI development experience using Tableau, AWS data services (Redshift, RDS, Athena, Glue).
• Strong skills in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Ability to connect Tableau to various data sources and build real-time, data-driven insights.
• Experience in designing user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards.
• Expertise in SQL and Data Modeling and experience with relational databases (e.g., Redshift, RDS, Oracle, SAP HANA).
SQL Expertise:
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries, including subqueries, joins, window functions, and CTEs.
• Experience with database management systems like Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata or Oracle.
• Performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Development of interactive dashboards in Tableau with role-based views and filters.
• Implementation of visualizations for agreed metrics and KPIs.
• Basic performance tuning and optimization for dashboard load times.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.
• In addition to having the knowledge required to perform the above activities:
• Must have minimum 4 years of Tableau dashboard development.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience with complex data environments including advanced SQL and data modeling.
• Track record of leading projects and training others.
• Must be proficient in transforming complex data into actionable business insights and troubleshooting issues in analytics pipelines.
• Consistently adopt best practices to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
