Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze fraud trends, risks, and controls to recommend process improvements.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and business metrics to track performance.
  • Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and mainframe developers.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Create process flows, use cases, interface specifications, and data-mapping documents.
  • Maintain project documentation and business process artifacts.

Required Skills:
  • Experience in Business Analysis within Cards Acquisitions, Fraud, Marketing, or Financial Services domains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
