We're seeking a hands-on Senior Data Integration Engineer / Developer lead the cloud data migration and integration efforts for a team that is currently not cloud-native. This role will be the go-to person responsible for standing up and driving the Azure and Microsoft Fabric initiatives.


??What You'll Do:

  • Lead the migration and integration of on-prem or legacy data systems into Microsoft Fabric
  • Own the full pipeline: source to destination, including building new data pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Extract data from the Data Lake, transform it, and load it into the Enterprise Data Warehouse
  • Work closely with reporting teams to ensure Synapse, Databricks, and reporting layers are fully integrated
  • Help establish Lakehouse architecture, ensuring performant and scalable data access

?Must-Haves:

  • Strong background in Azure development
  • Proven experience with at least one Microsoft Fabric implementation or migration
  • Deep hands-on experience with ADF (Azure Data Factory)
  • Comfortable doing the heavy lifting – building, integrating, troubleshooting pipelines
  • Experience with API's
  • Self-starter who can roll up their sleeves and drive solutions independently

This is a critical hands-on role — perfect for someone who enjoys building from scratch and leading cloud transformation in an enterprise environment.
