Position Overview
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our team, keeping documents organized, data accurate, and daily administrative operations running smoothly.
This role is a great fit for someone who:
  • Thrives in structured, detail-oriented work

  • Has experience supporting technical or project-based teams
This is not a project management or highly technical position. This position focuses on organization, coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain project files, documentation, and records
  • Keep internal systems updated with accurate data and project information
  • Track and update document status, revisions, and deadlines
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before sharing
  • Assist with preparing project documentation and deliverables
  • Enter and manage data in internal systems (ERP or similar)
