Role Summary
TESIM Electric is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to enter, review, and maintain accurate business and project information across TESIM systems. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
• Enter data from forms, emails, reports, and source documents.
• Review entries for accuracy, completeness, duplication, and formatting.
• Maintain spreadsheets and digital files and report inconsistent information.
• Support routine reporting and back-office administrative projects.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurate keyboarding and basic spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to focus on repetitive detail while meeting deadlines.
• Prior data-entry experience is helpful but not required.
