About Us

Mimi’s Sweets LLC is the premier importer and distributor of high-quality, European gourmet  confectionery across North America. From vibrant gummies and filled licorice to premium treats, we take pride in "making every kid smile!" We are seeking an organized, proactive, and friendly Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day office operations and support our growing wholesale distribution hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Facility Operations: Oversee day-to-day office organization at our Middlesex facility, order office supplies, manage office inventory, and maintain a clean, professional workplace.
  • Administrative & Order Support: Assist management, sales, and operations teams with scheduling, document management, order entry, and customer service inquiries.
  • Communications & Reception: Answer main phone calls, manage incoming emails , customer service MULTITASKER 
  • Logistics & Vendor Coordination:  assist the shipping/freight team with administrative paperwork or carrier scheduling as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical files, assist with basic invoicing, data entry, and record maintenance for distribution accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative support or office management role (experience in wholesale, distribution, or import/export is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems. 
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer service orientation.
  • Organization: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. MULTITASKER 
  • Location: Must be able to commute on-site to our Middlesex, NJ location.
