As a Senior Data Analyst, you will use advanced analytics, AI, and data-driven problem solving to tackle complex transportation and operational challenges. You will translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches, analyze large and complex datasets, and evaluate scenarios and tradeoffs to develop actionable recommendations. This role requires strong technical expertise and business acumen to connect analytical findings with real-world operational decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes while continuously exploring new analytical methods, automation, and emerging technologies.

What you'll do:
  • Uncover opportunities to improve transportation performance, efficiency, and cost through deep analysis of complex operational data.
  • Frame ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and determine the analysis needed to guide business decisions.
  • Evaluate scenarios and tradeoffs, quantify potential impact, and recommend actions based on data and operational context.
  • Turn insights into action by partnering with cross-functional teams from opportunity identification through implementation and measurement.
  • Create scalable solutions that improve how opportunities are identified, evaluated, and monitored.
  • Leverage AI and automation to transform analytical processes, accelerate problem-solving, and enable new capabilities.
  • Measure outcomes and use results to refine recommendations and identify the next opportunity.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong SQL ,Python, Data Visualization skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasets and developing scalable analytical solutions.
  • Experience using advanced analytics, scenario analysis, and visualization to evaluate opportunities, quantify tradeoffs, and support business decisions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, challenge assumptions, and determine the right analytical approach.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical findings to operational and financial outcomes.
  • Experience applying AI, generative AI, and automation to improve analytical workflows and problem-solving.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex findings and influence decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Transportation or supply chain experience preferred, with an understanding of operational complexities and business drivers.
