Job description

As a Data Analyst II within Marketing Analytics, you'll perform in-depth analyses to best evaluate marketing investment and drive optimal spending decisions. You will build scalable reporting solutions that enable confident, data-driven decision-making and deliver reliable data-driven insights that contribute to marketing strategy, while working closely with predictive models and forecasting algorithms.
About the Role
  • Be a subject matter expert on marketing measurement.
  • Leverage analytical expertise and sound statistical reasoning to deliver clear, meaningful insights to complex, ambiguous questions.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, communicating trends and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to review analyses, code, and dashboards, ensuring high-quality deliverables that answer the right questions.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field required; advanced degree a plus.
  • 3+ years working in an analytical role in a business context is required; experience in marketing analytics is strongly desired.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including ability to write moderately complex SQL queries to build tables and views and extract data needed for analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel, with Python or R experience preferred as well.
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, with practical experience in experimental design, forecasting, and incrementality testing, and understanding of foundational statistical concepts (conditional probability, causal inference, statistical significance).
  • Experience reporting on and analyzing outputs from machine learning models.
  • Experience using AI code generation tools such as Snowflake Intelligence, Github CoPilot, and Anthropic Claude Code.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and build alignment.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences in both written and verbal formats.
  • Strong curiosity that doesn't stop at the "What?" but seeks to understand the "Why?" and "What if?"
