Step into the future and help us build it. We've already created the engine. We've programmed the platform. Now we need a data superhero who can bring it to life. Someone who can decode patterns, harness AI, and predict what's next 3 to 10 years before it happens.
This is your chance to shape the future of a cutting-edge go-to-market product transforming parts inventory sales. As the architect of advanced forecasting, you'll turn complex data into clear direction fueling smarter decisions, faster execution, and a more resilient business.

  • Apply cutting-edge algorithms to crack tough supply chain challenges
  • Deploy and own models in production-keep them fast, stable, and reliable
  • Partner with IT and engineering to seamlessly integrate models into the business
30% Data Analysis & Digitalization
  • Dig into complex data to uncover trends that drive smarter demand decisions
  • Build sleek dashboards that turn insights into instant clarity
  • Automate data and reporting workflows to boost speed and efficiency across the organization
20% Project Management & Mentorship

  • Strong in data science, ML, forecasting, and coding in Python, R, or similar
  • Translate data into insight with visualization, SQL, and modern BI/data engineering tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalents).
  • Agile, hands-on mindset, streamlining workflows and managing code with Git or similar
  • Able to own complex projects, mentor others, and eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Supply chain or demand planning experience a plus, not a prerequisite
  • Able to manage complex projects and provide mentorship
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
