- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
- Assist in the development of analytical models to solve business problems.
- Communicate data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
- Document SOPs for internal and external teams.
This role is located in Reno, NV and requires working onsite.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Python, R, Power BI)
- Ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Ability to explore and validate measures and tables against source data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM analytics and data (HubSpot).
- Proven ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with high level stakeholders
