Full-time opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst at a robotics startup revolutionizing tire changing and wheel balancing through advanced automation, robotics, and AI. The company combines cutting-edge robotics, computer vision, and real-world deployment to modernize a critical automotive service process, creating intelligent systems that operate at scale across customer locations.

This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of analytics, data engineering, and robotics. You'll transform complex telemetry, sensor, and computer vision data into actionable insights that shape product strategy, improve operational performance, and accelerate the development of next-generation robotic systems. Working closely with software, machine learning, product, and hardware teams, you'll help build the data foundation that drives smarter decisions across the organization.
Hybrid in Woburn, MA.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields
• Expert-level SQL skills including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, data modeling, schema design, and query optimization
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale analytics and reporting solutions
• Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Superset, or similar platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience working with modern data ecosystems, data lakes, containers, and serverless technologies
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering principles and self-service analytics platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to influence product and operational decisions through data-driven insights

• Familiarity with SLAM, sensor fusion, computer vision, or 3D perception systems

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for product, operations, and leadership teams
• Analyze robotics telemetry, sensor data, and computer vision outputs to identify trends and opportunities
• Define and monitor KPIs across product performance, model quality, operational efficiency, and data health
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that provide real-time business visibility
• Build and manage analytical data models, transformations, and reporting pipelines
• Develop self-service analytics infrastructure, semantic layers, and metrics frameworks
• Establish standards for metric definitions, reporting governance, and analytics best practices
• Implement data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, lineage tracking, and observability solutions
• Partner with engineering teams to improve data reliability, performance, and governance
• Educate stakeholders on statistical rigor, data interpretation, and data-driven decision making
• Help shape the long-term strategy for leveraging data and AI across robotics and automation initiatives
