Position Summary
Our amazing team is growing, and we are looking to add a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to accelerate our growth. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer support by answering inquiries, resolving basic issues, and managing customer communications across multiple channels to ensure concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.

Duties
  • Manage customer accounts and track orders.
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints.
  • Resolve customer issues via call and email requests.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and carriers.
  • Create replacement/manual orders.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Drive, and Shopify is a plus.
