Position Title: Lead Tour Guide (LTG)
  • Job Type: Full-Time.
  • Job Location: Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C.
  • Requirements: The candidate shall have a:
    • U.S. citizenship
    • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a tour setting
    • At least 1 year public speaking experience with groups over 30
    • At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Current CPR certification
    • Must pass BEP security clearance
  • Duties: The candidate must:
    • Support the SLT in supervising daily tour operations
    • Ensure proper assignment of tour guides for daily and special events
    • Conduct tours for general and specialized audiences
    • Maintain readiness of tour materials and equipment
    • Serve as backup for PM or TS when necessary
    • Enforce tour policies, crowd control, and safety procedures
