About This Role

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated early childhood professional to join our team at Creative Child Learning Center. As a fun-loving and organized individual, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students. A degree in early childhood education is required, as well as the ability to complete all necessary paperwork and licensing requirements prior to starting. Compensation is based on degree, registry rating, experience, and hours worked.


A full-time position is available for the right candidate, with hours dependent on the center's needs.


What You'll Do
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Provide daily care and support for children's physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Establish a safe and respectful classroom environment by setting clear expectations and consequences.
  • Share stories and read books to children, fostering a love for literature and learning.
  • Plan and lead activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social development, such as arts and crafts, music, and field trips.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
