The Opportunity

You will lead the charge in executing high-stakes exterior façade and roofing projects for a premier industrial contractor. As a Superintendent, you will oversee a diverse workforce of self-perform crews and subcontractors, ensuring that complex rainscreen and roofing systems are installed to elite standards. This is a high-impact leadership role where your organizational expertise directly drives project profitability and team success.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple job sites to ensure workmanship conforms to architectural plans and manufacturer specifications.
  • Direct and mentor field crews and subcontractors, fostering a "lead by example" culture that prioritizes hard work and mission success.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and ordering of materials with suppliers to prevent project bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Execute comprehensive safety management plans, ensuring all sites remain in strict compliance with OSHA 30 standards and regulations.
  • Leverage technology to produce detailed daily reports and maintain transparent communication with project stakeholders via specialized apps.
  • Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure all exterior assemblies are completed on time and within budget.
  • Inspect and validate every phase of the building envelope installation to guarantee zero-defect delivery for Top 100 GCs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of verifiable construction supervision experience focusing on roofing and exterior assemblies.
  • At least 5 years of specialized experience in roofing supervision (TPO, PVC, EPDM, and Metal).
  • Advanced proficiency in reading blueprints, architectural drawing details, and technical submittals.
  • Current certification or proven ability to operate loading and lift equipment, including crane and rigging oversight. (company will provide certification training)
  • Absolute willingness to travel within a 200-mile radius of Louisville, KY for project-based assignments.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Professional fluency in Spanish (Bilingual candidates are highly preferred).
  • Extensive experience with specialized exterior systems such as ACM, Nichiha, fiber cement, and metal panels.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in high-volume commercial field operations.
