We're looking for someone who wants to be part of our future growth and help us continually improve.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver products to our customers - including wineries, retail stores, restaurants and distribution facilities - throughout the Bay Area (includes but is not limited to Sonoma, Napa, San Francisco, East Bay)
  • Assist with sorting, checking, and organizing deliveries by route
  • Help fulfill daily orders for all channels
  • Ensure consistent quality of cheeses by following proper food safety guidelines, in the warehouse and out on deliveries
  • Assist with weekly and monthly inventory counts
  • Organize warehouse storage and maintain clean working space

What You Bring:

  • Previous driving experience from a warehouse type of environment
  • A clean driving record and a valid class C license
  • Enthusiasm to work as an extension of our customer service team
  • Always exude a safety mindset
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Ability to work comfortably in variable temperature environments
  • Ability to stand and work for up to 4 hrs at a time
  • Ability to drive for long periods of time

What We Offer:

  • Bonus perks like swag, coffee & treats to keep you going, and endless Cowgirl cheer!

We're still using it to cultivate goodness in the people, land, and communities around us. Our team is full of food-loving, hard-working folks who have a positive, team-oriented attitude. We care about each other, take great pride in our work, and share a passion for local, artisan food. If this sounds like you, we hope you'll saddle up and join us on our journey!
