About the Role:
Swift Business Solutions LLC is looking for motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Owner Operators with a Cargo Van to join our growing delivery team in Bowie, Landover, Burke Va and Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities:
  • Safely and efficiently complete daily delivery routes in and around the Bowie, Alexandria, and Landover Hills area
  • Load, transport, and deliver packages or goods to residential and/or commercial customers on time
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and confirm proof of delivery
  • Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch throughout the day
  • Inspect and maintain your personal vehicle to ensure safe and reliable operation
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety standards
  • Manage your schedule and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Must own a Cargo Van for delivery operations, No Exceptions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proof of personal vehicle insurance and registration
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
  • Smartphone with GPS navigation capability required
  • Prior delivery, logistics, or courier experience is a plus
