Position Overview

The Bridal Attendant plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and memorable wedding day experience for our couples. This position serves as an assistant to the Catering Manager and works closely with the Wedding Venue Coordinator to support the bride, bridal party, and overall wedding operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Bride & Bridal Party Support

• Manage and oversee the bridal suite throughout the wedding day.
• Ensure the bridal suite is clean, organized, fully stocked, and prepared prior to the bride's arrival.
• Assist the bride and bridal party during the morning preparations and throughout the event, ensuring their needs are met.
• Anticipate and respond proactively to the bride's needs to provide a stress-free experience.
• Coordinate and assist with wedding day activities, including first looks and photography sessions.

Event Coordination & Setup

• Work alongside the Catering Manager to assist with wedding décor setup and event preparation.
• Support the coordination and execution of wedding ceremonies.
• Assist with décor breakdown and pack-up following the event.
• Collaborate closely with the Wedding Venue Coordinator and Catering Manager to ensure all event details are executed smoothly.

Guest Experience & Safety

• Provide exceptional customer service to wedding couples, guests, and vendors.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Monitor event areas and help maintain a safe atmosphere for staff and guests.
• Address issues promptly and communicate concerns to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Previous hospitality, event, wedding, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to assist with event setup, décor placement, and breakdown tasks.

Schedule Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends is required.
• Wedding and event schedules will vary based on business needs.
