Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) - Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (Depending on Experience & Hours Worked)

About the Role

As an RN in our Intermediate Care Facilities, you will play a vital role in supporting resident health and clinical oversight. You will partner closely with administrators, QIDPs, and care teams to ensure that each resident receives excellent, individualized healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide and oversee nursing care for assigned residents

- Monitor medical conditions, medication and nursing needs, and treatment plans

- Ensure compliance with Title 22 and all state/federal regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate medical records and generate required medical reports

- Coordinate physician visits, specialty care, and medical appointments

-Liaison with acute hospitals and consultants

- Train and support staff in health-related competencies

- Implement infection control procedures and promote a healthy, safe environment

- Communicate updates in resident health status to leadership and care teams

- Conduct medication audits and assist in quality assurance processes
