Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation | Clemmons, North Carolina

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Options: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional, resident-centered care. This is an opportunity to join a supportive clinical team where your skills, compassion, and professionalism will be valued every day.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.

Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and document accurately while monitoring for therapeutic response and adverse reactions.

Provide direct bedside care to residents with a wide range of medical needs, including pre- and post-surgical care.

Monitor residents’ clinical status and manage or adjust specialized equipment as needed.

Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate interventions.

Perform wound care, catheter care, and IV starts as needed within scope of practice.

Educate residents and families regarding procedures, treatment plans, and ongoing care.

Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of all nursing care.

Participate in discharge planning and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For

Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
