Job description

Job title: Registered Nurse
Location: Downey, Ca
Schedule: Fulltime
Job description
We are looking for full-time RNs to join our team. RN candidates must be proficient in starting IVs. The ideal candidate delivers high-touch customer service and patient care while servicing our patients on their wellness journey!
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Administering IV and injection therapies/medications
  • Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.
  • Perform IV blood draw to obtain labs.
  • Counseling/coaching weight loss and wellness patients throughout their journey
  • Maintains accurate, detailed reports and health records.
  • Delivery is high-touch customer service and patient care.
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and clean environment for patients.
  • Maintains documentation of patient care services.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned by leadership.
  • Conducts body comp measurements.
  • Assess, monitor, and record vitals.
  • Coach, train, and educate patients in nutritional menu planning.
  • Assist clients on all Lindora’s products and services. This includes recommending and selling tangible products and memberships.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • In-depth knowledge of IV clinic procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be computer proficient in using EMR systems to document and chart patient information
  • Sales experience is highly desired. Preferably in health/ wellness amp; weight loss, med- spa, fitness, or retail
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred
  • License/Certification/Education:
  • BLS (Required)
  • RN License without restrictions (Required)
  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Standard shift:
  • Day: M- F -Opening shift is 5:45am -2:15 pm. Closing is 9:45 am-6:15 pm. Must be able to work both shifts.
  • Salary: $45.00 plus monthly bonus opportunities if the clinic meets their monthly revenue goal.
