East Bay Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time AM shift nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinician who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care and making a meaningful impact in a post-acute setting.
As an RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, support clinical operations, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help ensure the highest standards of resident health, safety, and well-being.
Position Details
  • Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Location: East Bay Post Acute
  • Status: Full-Time
  • Shift: AM
  • Pay Rate: $46.00-$47.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, and facility policies.
  • Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions, identifying and responding appropriately to changes in health status.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
  • Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs in the delivery of quality resident care.
  • Communicate with physicians, therapists, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care plan meetings.
  • Promote compliance with infection control standards, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
  • Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and care needs.
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Qualifications
  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
