Join ERGOMET INC PRECISION SHEET METAL MFG CO as a Forming / Bending Precision Sheet Metal Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in crafting high-quality metal components. Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate bending and forming machines to produce precision sheet metal parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain equipment and work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bending equipment.
  • Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication, specifically in bending and forming.
  • Strong understanding of metal properties and bending techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with CNC machinery and programming is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
