Title: Procedure Writer & Editor Duration : 13 +months Employment Type: Full-time / Contract on W2 Location : Chandler, AZ ,Charlotte,NC or Minneapolis, MN In this role, you will:

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews using predefined quality standards and metrics
• Assess procedural documents for compliance with governance requirements and recommend clear, actionable improvements
• Collaborate closely with document owners, writers, and key stakeholders to enhance consistency and overall documentation quality
• Handle multiple parallel workstreams to support QA efforts across different business units
• Deliver training and guidance to writers on content development and effective use of AI tools
• Drive the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions for procedure authoring and quality evaluation

An ideal candidate will have:

• Experience creating and maintaining detailed procedures
• Editorial and content review experience .
• Experience with AI prompt engineering and AI-assisted content workflows.
• Background in Commercial Banking Operations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required, English or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint.
