About the Role:
This provides maintenance management support to the USARCENT G4, monitoring equipment readiness, analyzing maintenance performance, and supporting field and sustainment maintenance planning across the theater including Army Prepositioned Stock.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
  • Monitor and report equipment readiness through Army materiel status reporting.
  • Analyze non-mission capable drivers and readiness trends.
  • Support field and sustainment maintenance planning, workload projection, and maintenance program execution.
  • Track Class IX repair parts flow, authorized stockage list and prescribed load list performance, and demand satisfaction.
  • Support Army Prepositioned Stock maintenance, care of supplies in storage, and cyclic inspection reporting.
  • Prepare readiness briefings, maintenance analyses, and decision products for G4 and command leadership.
  • Coordinate maintenance issues with Army Materiel Command, Army Sustainment Command, and subordinate commands.
  • Support maintenance planning for exercises and contingency operations.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum four (4) years of Army maintenance management experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with GCSS Army, LIW, and Army materiel status reporting.
  • Prefer former Army 91X Maintenance Supervisor, 915A Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer, or maintenance branch officer.
  • Prefer prior APS or theater sustainment maintenance experience.
  • Prefer experience with Army readiness reporting at Division level or above.

Education Requirements:
  • Associate's degree minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred. Four (4) additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

Certification Requirements:
  • Complete all contract required training and reporting: AT Level I and iWATCH within 30 calendar days, TARP annually, DoD IA awareness training with ATCTS registration, and daily PERSTAT input.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Security Clearance Requirements: Secret Clearance.

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
