Ticket Sales Representative
Our ideal Ticket Sales Representatives have a passion for helping people and making their vacation experience a memorable one. A sincere love of history and the culture of our city is required. Effectively sell the appropriate tour package to the guest based on the knowledge of our products, pricing and the content of all ticket packages in order to meet your sales goals.

Requirements
Essential Functions
  • Greet everyone you meet with a smile and prompt service and extend courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality
  • Give every guest the ultimate compliment of recognition and attention and guide them to the best offerings based on their interests and time in your city.
  • Be knowledgeable and passionate about our products and the most popular things to do at each trolley stop
  • Utilize exceptional sales skills including a strong sales pitch, prospecting, handling objections, cross-selling, upselling, and closing the deal.
  • Present the cost of tours and attractions based on the company's pricing system.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests
  • Have demonstrable sales skills
  • Must have excellent math skills
  • Ability to work with money, credit cards, and cash receipts
  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Outgoing and enjoy working with the public
  • Customer Service experience preferred
