Position Summary
The Stage Technician I is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by processing shipping and receiving activities accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pull and prepare staging equipment for orders, package items, and stage them for delivery
  • Load and unload trucks, inspect incoming materials, and return items to proper inventory locations
  • Sort and organize materials to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Identify and report damaged equipment
  • Assist with routine inventory counts and audits
  • Prep, paint, clean, and maintain staging equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction)
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new equipment and processes
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time position
  • 8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with additional OT hours as needed)
  • On-site role in Nashville, TN

Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to relocate to or reliably commute to Nashville, TN before starting
