Job description


A successful systems analyst will be a key member of an agile delivery squad but is also involved in solutioning with our Squad Leads / Product Owners to gather & document business requirements, helping with current state analysis of our systems, helping define our technology solution, and partnering with QA in test case preparation. The role requires great collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the life cycle of a product/application.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years systems analysis experience required
  • 6+ years experience working within an Agile software development framework

  • Strong level of IT process and technical understanding, and demonstrated knowledge for their area of responsibility
  • Demonstrate organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet objectives
  • Entrepreneurial problem solver comfortable accepting, proposing and leading change.

Nice to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a field of study with a combined business and technical orientation
  • Domain experience within financial services.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
