Requirements
Required:
  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience
  • Experience programming CNC mills, lathes, or mill-turn machines
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
  • Solid knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
  • Familiarity with Fanuc, Nakamura, Okuma, or similar CNC controls

Preferred:
  • 5-axis programming experience
  • Strong proficiency with ESPRIT CAM software is a plus
  • Background in aerospace, defense, or precision machining
  • Experience with CAD software and solid models (SolidWorks, STEP, IGES, etc.)
  • Experience with automation or multi-tasking machines
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
