Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Engineers/Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Design and evaluate enterprise system architecture to improve application reliability, scalability, performance, and operational stability.
  2. Develop and implement monitoring, observability, automation, and self-healing solutions to enhance system availability and reduce operational risk.
  3. Perform architecture reviews, non-functional assessments, performance analysis, and root cause investigations while recommending continuous improvements.
  4. Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to integrate reliability engineering, monitoring, automation, and production readiness practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

6โ€“9 years of experience in systems engineering, site reliability engineering, enterprise architecture, application performance engineering, observability, automation, and infrastructure reliability.

Technical Skills

Systems Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Application Performance Monitoring, Observability Platforms, Performance Engineering, CI/CD Automation, Infrastructure Monitoring, System Architecture

Business / Domain Skills
