Why Join Us

You'll also lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and mentor junior engineers and technicians to strengthen overall team capability.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues.
  • Manage priorities independently and meet project timelines.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams on manufacturability (DFM).
  • Mentor junior engineers and support shop floor teams.
  • Maintain accurate work instructions, routers, and BOMs.
  • Process engineering and supplier change requests in compliance with requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to design fixtures and workholding solutions.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies.

Additional Skills and Experience (preferred)

  • Knowledge of ERP software (Epicor), CAD/CAM Software (SurfCAM, Mastercam, Esprit, SolidWorks), and PDM software.
