Invariant Corporation is seeking talented entry-level college graduates to join our diverse team in Huntsville, AL., to provide best-in-class solutions to the warfighter. Invariant specializes in counter-UAS system development, senor integration, weapon system design, rapid prototyping, mechanical and electrical design, software development, and simulation. Our recruiting team will be on the Auburn campus October 23, 2025 seeking graduates in the following areas:

  • IR Sensor Analysis, Simulation, and Modeling
  • Hardware Design
  • Software/Firmware Development
    • Embedded SW
    • User Interfaces (ATAK)
  • Sensor Development (EO/IR, RF, and Acoustic)
  • Weapon System Integration

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be an Auburn student or recent alumni (<5 years)
  • Candidate must be working toward Bachelors, Masters or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science with a 3.5 or higher GPA. Candidate should upload a resume and unofficial transcripts.

Preferred Qualifications (position dependent):

  • Software Development experience in one or more of the following
    • C++
    • Embedded C
    • VHDL/Verilog development for FPGAs using AMD Vivado or similar
    • Python

Mechanical Design experience in Solidworks or similar

PCB Design experience using Altium or similar

Familiarity with Agile development processes

RF Design, Modeling, and Analysis

Microelectronics Testing and Analysis

Location:

  • Huntsville, AL
  • Position is full-time in a mix of office and laboratory environments.
  • good judgment

Work Environment:

Office, lab, and field environment.

  • Must possess ability to safely lift and carry up to 35 lbs. with occasional bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching above shoulder level, minimal walking, climbing, crouching
  • Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; hearing and speech to communicate is required

This position is expected to be performed only in the state of Alabama.
