Job description

Job Title: Data Scientist
Job Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
  • Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI models.
  • Analyze large datasets and generate business insights.
  • Build NLP solutions and advanced analytics models.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirement:
  • Strong experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and Big Data technologies.
  • Experience with Databricks is a plus.
  • Strong software development and coding best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant Data Science experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience building AI solutions using LLMs and transformer-based models.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Experience with Streamlit for rapid prototyping and demos.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
