Job description:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer / Cloud Administrator to manage and support enterprise cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure. This role will be responsible for subscription and account management, security and access control, cost optimization, and ensuring reliable, compliant, and well-governed cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer AWS and Azure subscriptions/accounts, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
  • Design and implement IAM, RBAC, policies, and access management aligned with security best practices
  • Handle subscription governance, cost management, budgets, forecasting, and billing optimization
  • Provision and manage cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, and associated services
  • Ensure adherence to cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks
  • Monitor cloud environments using native and third-party tools; perform logging, alerting, and troubleshooting
  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high-availability (HA) strategies
  • Support audits, security reviews, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to enable scalable and resilient cloud solutions
  • Identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and cost savings

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience managing AWS and Azure cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of IAM, RBAC, policies, and access control models
  • Experience with cloud cost management, budgets, and billing optimization
  • Solid knowledge of compute, storage, networking, and virtualization concepts
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices, governance, and compliance standards
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of backup, DR, and high-availability architectures
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure)
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
