Capstone Physical Therapy is a local therapist-owned outpatient private practice in Whatcom, Snohomish, and Skagit counties. We offer Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Capstone is a leader in patient care and in 2015 received the Whatcom Business Alliance "Business of the Year" Award and has won "Best of the Northwest" since 2017.

Job Description

Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a full time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our clinic in Bothell. The Clinic Director will lead the daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and strong clinical outcomes. This role includes mentoring and supporting the clinic team while driving clinic growth through community engagement, referral development, and patientcentered service.
