Full-Time Commercial Cleaner / JanitorPosition Details

Location: Seminole, FL 33772
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

Additional Pay Opportunities

  • Higher pay available for candidates with floor stripping and waxing experience

Job Responsibilities
**THIS POSITION REQUIRES A CANDIDATE ABLE TO LIFT 200 lbs **

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will help maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including:

  • Cleaning laundry rooms, dumpster rooms, elevators, and stairwells.

  • Moving washing machines and cleaning behind them.

  • Wiping and sanitizing tables, desks, counters, and other surfaces

  • Vacuuming carpeted areas

  • Mopping hard-surface floors

  • Restocking restroom supplies, including paper products and soap

  • Emptying trash and replacing liners

  • Monitoring and stocking janitorial supplies

  • Following company safety and cleaning procedures

What We're Looking For
  • Must be able to lift 200lbs to move washing machines and be able to clean behind them

  • Reliable and punctual attendance

  • Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift

  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
