In this dual-function role, you will lead Report of Findings (ROF) sales presentations to guide patients into multi-week care plan commitments while directly administering our state-of-the-art therapies: Spinal Decompression and HydroWave (Focused Shockwave) Therapy.

While previous experience in medical sales, chiropractic assisting, or consultative sales is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training on our clinical equipment, care plan presentation systems, and practice management software for the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities

  • Case Management & Care Plan Conversions (Sales):
    • Present doctor-recommended treatment packages, options, and financial schedules to patients during Report of Findings (ROF) meetings.
    • Confidently address and overcome patient concerns regarding out-of-pocket costs, insurance limits, and time commitments.
    • Build strong patient rapport to maintain high care plan compliance and retention.
    • Perform proactive outreach and recall calls for missed appointments or inactive patients.
  • Clinical & Modality Administration:
    • HydroWave Therapy (Focused Shockwave): Administer specialized shockwave treatments to target soft tissue injuries, joint pain, and chronic inflammation per doctor protocols.
    • Spinal Decompression Therapy: Securely harness patients and operate computer-guided decompression tables for cervical and lumbar care.
    • Keep therapy bays sanitized, manage patient flow through treatment areas, and accurately enter progress notes into our EHR system.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Experience: Previous background in healthcare, physical therapy assisting, or sales is a major plus, but not strictly required.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with full confidence discussing finances, care plans, and health goals.
  • Personality: High energy, persuasive, goal-oriented, and passionate about non-surgical, natural healthcare solutions.
  • Licensing: State Chiropractic Assistant (CA) certification is beneficial (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
