Whether you’re cooking on the line, prepping ingredients, or keeping the kitchen running clean and organized, your work directly shapes the Viva Chicken experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items following Viva Chicken recipes and standards
  • Complete daily prep tasks including cutting, portioning, cooking, and stocking
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
  • Support teammates across the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
  • Take pride in consistency, quality, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Dependability, accountability, and respect for your craft
  • Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
