Full Time | 8hr Shift | 10p-6:30a | $31.50/hour

Job Summary:

At Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our care team, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and resident assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration records

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care

  • Participate in quality assessment and improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
