Canyon Ranch Tucson is seeking a dynamic Spa Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our worldclass spa. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

As the Spa Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of Spa Operations- including the Spa Desk, guest Locker Rooms, Pool Areas, and Metaphysical Department. You’ll lead and develop a diverse team, ensure flawless guest service, and maintain the highest standards of facility excellence. Your leadership will directly influence the guest experience and the success of the Spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop teams across Spa Desk, Locker Rooms, Pools, and Metaphysical services

  • Ensure consistent, exceptional guest service that exceeds expectations

  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support staff and guests

  • Manage scheduling, staffing, performance reviews, and colleague development

  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and inventory

  • Partner with Facilities to maintain pristine, safe, and fully operational environments

  • Support new service development through ROI analysis and operational insight

  • Participate in the MOD program and collaborate with peer leaders

Qualifications

Minimum of an Asoociate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required. You are required to have an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification or acquire it within 90 days of employment. Additionally, you'll be required to have a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
