As an LPR Camera Car Driver , you'll gain the critical skills: investigative mindset, attention to detail, and field experience, that our top-performing agents use every day. This LPR Field Agent position is an ideal fast-track entry point into a rewarding career in vehicle recovery!
Job Summary:
As an LPR Camera Car Driver with NARS, Inc., you'll operate a company-provided, technology-equipped vehicle to scan and track vehicles flagged for repossession. You'll run assigned areas throughout Cleveland and surrounding cities, following route plans to gather accurate location data. This role is focused on the investigative side of the repossession process, gathering accurate location data and reporting it in real time to our recovery teams. You'll work independently, overnight, Monday to Friday.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive a company-provided LPR-equipped vehicle to scan license plates and identify target vehicles.
  • Report vehicle locations to recovery teams in real-time.
  • Follow route plans and scanning guidelines safely and efficiently.
  • Learn from experienced repossession agents and skip tracers on the team.
  • Maintain your vehicle and equipment.
  • Complete daily logs and basic reports.

  • 23+ years old (insurance requirement)
  • Valid driver's license + clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background & drug screening
  • At least 1 year of field-based work experience
  • Curiosity, a strong mindset, and interest in learning the repossession business
