Baskin-Robbins – Full-Time Cake Decorator

Now Hiring: Full-Time Cake Decorator

Do you have a passion for creativity and making people smile? Join the Baskin-Robbins team as a Full-Time Cake Decorator and bring our ice cream cakes to life! We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in creating beautiful cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.

Responsibilities

  • Decorate Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes according to brand standards and customer requests
  • Write personalized messages and create custom cake designs
  • Prepare, assemble, and package cakes for display and customer pickup
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary decorating area
  • Monitor cake inventory and assist with ordering and stocking supplies
  • Ensure all cakes meet quality and presentation standards
  • Work with the store team to provide outstanding customer service and complete orders on time

Qualifications

  • Previous cake decorating, bakery, or food service experience is preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
